BeamMe is a software utility provided by Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC. It is a formatting tool designed to facilitate the creation of payment links and payment requests. Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC is not a payment processor, bank, or financial intermediary.
We do not verify the identity, legitimacy, or legality of any business or individual using BeamMe. Use of BeamMe or a BeamMe payment request does not constitute an endorsement of a transaction by Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC.
Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC shall not be held liable for disputes, illegal activities, failed transactions, or other issues occurring between users of BeamMe, their customers, payers, or third-party payment services.
Financial transactions initiated through BeamMe are completed through third-party payment services selected by the user or payer, such as Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or other supported services. Those transactions are subject to the applicable third party's own terms, policies, availability, and processing requirements.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment handles, amounts, descriptions, and other information they provide through BeamMe. By using BeamMe, you agree to indemnify Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC against claims arising from your use of the software to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you create or maintain a BeamMe account, Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC may use the email address associated with your account to send you communications related to BeamMe, including account, security, service, product, feature, policy, and other updates, as well as information about BeamMe products, services, promotions, or offers where permitted by applicable law.
You may opt out of optional or promotional email communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those communications or through available BeamMe account settings.
Opting out of optional or promotional communications will not prevent us from sending messages reasonably necessary to operate, secure, administer, or provide your BeamMe account or service, including important notices concerning your account or changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
Your communication preferences and our handling of information used for these communications are described in the BeamMe Privacy Policy .
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may notify BeamMe account holders using the email address associated with their account, through BeamMe, or through another reasonable method. Updated Terms will identify their effective date.
Continued use of BeamMe after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
