1. Our Privacy Philosophy: BeamMe, provided by Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC, is designed as a "zero-knowledge" utility. We believe your business data should stay yours.

2. Data Collection (Mobile App)

Local Storage only: All information you enter into the BeamMe app (Venmo handles, business names, and logos) is stored locally on your physical device.

No Central Database: We do not maintain a central server or database that stores your personal or business information.

Limited Operational Data: We do not track your usage, location, or transaction history. However, for users who choose to purchase BeamMe Pro, we use a third-party service (RevenueCat) to manage your subscription status. This service collects limited, non-identifiable technical data (such as a unique device ID) and purchase history to ensure your Pro features remain active across your devices.

3. Data Transmission (The Bridge) When you share a link via BeamMe, the data is "scrambled" (Base64 encoded) and passed as a URL parameter to our website (tfielder.com).

Pass-Through Only: Our website acts as a temporary digital signpost. It decodes the link in your browser to facilitate the redirect to Venmo.

No Logging: We do not log or store the handles, amounts, or notes that pass through our web bridge.

4. Third-Party Services

Payment Processing & Entitlements: We use Google Play Billing (on Android), Apple In-App Purchases (on iOS), and RevenueCat to handle payments and verify your "Pro" status. These services process your payment information and transaction history according to their own privacy policies. Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC does not have access to your credit card numbers, bank details, or Apple/Google account credentials.

Platform Deep-Linking: BeamMe facilitates deep-linking to Venmo (a PayPal, Inc. service). Once you "Beam" into the Venmo app, your data is subject to Venmo’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Tim Fielder Enterprises, LLC has no access to your financial accounts or transaction outcomes.
